How to do Silesian Potato Dumplings?

It is so delicious! Like every polish or silesianish couisine. It is easy to do and tastes great. They are quite to suite with roast or stew, but this is good

1)
Shuck the potatoes and wash them. In the next step, you will cook it for 20 minutes in salted water.  Drawl, evaporate and press the potatoes.

You shall smash potatoes with, eggs. It is time to add some salt. You will get raw matter. Turn it into little balls using the floured hands. Ready “balls” shall be wheat starched table. Every ball shall be flattened. Use the finger to do little dimple.
3)
Boil some water, something about 3 l, salt it and put the dumpling inside. Let them sink. Wait a while until dumplings will float on the surface of water.  Mix it and cook for 3 minutes. Use the strainer to get out dumplings and undwater it.
4) If you want, you can pour over meat sauce. There is another tasty possibility: champignon mushroom sauce.

Ingredients
Potatoes 1 kg
potato starch  100 gram
potato starch  100 gram
2 eggs
Salt

Points:  There is possibility to spice it during forming dumplings. It will make them…spicier ;-)
